Applied Music must be studied each semester for a total of eight semesters. In the sixth semester of study, the student will present a junior recital. In the eighth semester of study, the student will present a senior recital. Students will have many performance opportunities prior to these recitals, performing in Concerts and Recitals and Studio Classes, as guided by their Applied Music instructor. All eight semesters of Applied Music are to be taken in the same instrument.
