EIM 201 Introduction to Technology for Teachers (3)
This course is designed to prepare future teachers to effectively develop and use technology-rich activities in the student-centered classroom. Activities will correlate to InTASC standards. The purpose of this course is to provide students with an introduction to evaluating and integrating technology into specific classroom curricula. The course will also provide an overview of hardware and software systems, hands-on experience with selected productivity software, exploration of emerging technologies used in P-12 schools, and ethical technology practices.
