ASL 101  Beginner's American Sign Language I  (3)  
An introduction to American Sign Language. Students will learn the basis of nonverbal communication skills as a foundation for learning American Sign Language.
ASL 102  Beginner's American Sign Language II  (3)  

Prerequisite(s): ASL 101 or approval of instructor.

Continuation of ASL 101. Provides students with practice using sign language skills and further instruction; guides students into the ability to conduct a basic conversation utilizing sign language.
