MGT 537 Business Leadership (3)
Prerequisite for Undergraduate: MGT 301. Focuses on leadership as a strategic tool as well as an individual competence; i.e. what leadership means, is, and does. Examines critical strategic functions encountered at both the organizational and individual levels. This course may only be taken at the undergraduate level upon approval for participation in the Faster Master's program.

This course provides students the experience to develop a business proposal to provide for sustainability and growth. Attention will be given to enterprises post launch to provide the stability and strategic opportunity to reach the businesses greatest potential.
MGT 560 Entrepreneurial Finance & Launch (3)
Prerequisite(s): MGT 524.
This course challenges students to prepare for the launch of the entrepreneurial concept they have been developing. Throughout the semester students will be guided through the process of creating a legal business entity and begin steps for a successful entrepreneurial launch.
MGT 568 Compensation Management (3)
This is a comprehensive course designed to study the development of compensation packages including a review of major theories and techniques regarding internal alignment, external competitiveness, employee contributions, administrative procedures, and benefits.
MGT 580 Advanced Labor and Employment Law (3)
This is a comprehensive course designed with up-to-date study of all the major labor and employment laws and topics for the current time. This course contains the use of numerous case studies based upon their historical import, discussion of the issues, turning points in the law, and issues of current significance.
MGT 589 Internship in Management (3)

Provides the graduate student with practical experience in the field of management via a "real-world" work experience arrangement. Grades: Pass/Fail.
